About the Role
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive execution across the company. This is a highly strategic and operational role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and enjoys wearing many hats.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as the CEO’s right hand, helping to turn big-picture ideas into detailed plans, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to Navacrest’s internal operations and long-term goals.
This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and deeply committed to helping a mission-driven company grow from the inside out.
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, International Relations, Project Management, or a related field
3–5+ years in a strategic, project management, or operations role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience working across teams and managing priorities
Self-starter who can work independently and handle ambiguity
Comfortable using modern tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Slack, etc.
✅ Bonus Points For
A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MPA)
Prior experience in a startup, consulting firm, or high-growth company
Experience supporting a founder or executive team
Familiarity with outsourcing, remote teams, or U.S. business environments
Passion for showcasing Kenyan talent to the world
